Upgrade to Premium

With the Premium Membership, you get all the wonderful features of the Standard Membership PLUS:

  1. Unlimited Editors – get all the help you need!
  2. Custom color and branding – to make the directory match your look.
  3. Custom menu labels – to mirror your organization’s terminology.

Change your Membership to Premium

If you want to upgrade your account to Premium, sign in as the Account Owner (Administrator) and go to My Account >> Change Plan under Plan Details.

Select Premium Membership then choose Yearly or Monthly billing and click Change Plan.

When you upgrade, you will immediately be able to use the Premium features.

How will the upgrade change my billing and end dates?

Changing from Standard to Premium cancels your current membership and restarts a new membership as of the current date. Your new account will have a new end date based on your choice of yearly or monthly billing.

You will receive credit on your new membership for any unused portion of the original paid membership. If the credit amount exceeds the cost of the new membership, your membership expiration date will be extended to equal the amount of that credit.

Payment is required at the time you upgrade your account. Your card will be charged immediately for the new membership. Please be sure to give your treasurer or the person responsible for the credit card the information that a new charge for Instant Church Directory has been made.

Can I switch back to a Standard Membership?

Yes, you can switch back to Standard Membership starting the day after you switch to Premium. Go to My Account >> Change Plan and follow the same process as when you upgraded.
