Check Member Email Status
If a member is having trouble logging in, you can quickly check their email’s login history and any issues:
- Under Member Login Status, enter their email address in the Email field.

Click Check Status.
You’ll see:
- Whether the email is listed in your directory
- If it appears in more than one family (which can block access)
- A list of recent successful login attempts (if available)
Tip: Make sure the email entered in the directory exactly matches the one the member is using to sign in.
