About the Billing CC Email Address

Optional Billing CC Email

Adding an optional Billing CC email address helps your church’s treasurer or office administrator stay informed about billing.

The Billing CC receives applicable billing messages, including:

• Paperless invoice notifications and past-due invoice reminders.
• Upcoming automatic-renewal reminders.
• Payment and renewal confirmations, including confirmations after prepaying or restarting a membership.
• Payment-problem notices and automatic cancellation notices for nonpayment.

The Billing CC does not receive every account notification. For example, confirmation of a cancellation requested through My Account goes to the account owner.

Rest assured; your privacy is our priority. We will never sell or permit the use of the account owner or optional billing CC email addresses by third parties.

Making Changes

Should you wish to update the billing email CC on your account, the process is simple. The account owner can navigate to My Account >> Edit name, email, or address for seamless communication.
