Resetting Your Admin Password

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it easily by visiting the login page at https://www.instantchurchdirectory.com/login.aspx

Forgot Your Password?

1. On the Admin Sign In page, https://www.instantchurchdirectory.com/login.aspx click on “Forgot your password?” link.
2. Enter the email address associated with your Instant Church Directory Administrator account and click the Submit button. If you do not know the email address for your account, click the Contact Support link and provide us with your organization's name and complete mailing address (including zip code) OR account number, if known.
3. An email will be sent to you in order to reset your password. IMPORTANT:  You MUST click on the hyperlink in the email to reset your password.
   
4. Enter your new password and confirm it. (Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain at least two of the following special characters: Capital Letters, Numbers or Symbols).
5. Click the “Update Password" button.
6. Return to https://www.instantchurchdirectory.com/login.aspx to complete the Admin login process using your newly reset password.
