How to Reset Your Password for the App or Online Member Directory

If you forget your member password to access your church's directory, it’s easy to reset it.

Reset Password on the Mobile App

1. Open the App on your phone
2. Choose “Sign In.” 
3. At the bottom of the “Sign In” Page, click on “Forgot Password.”
4. Enter the email address that is listed in your church directory. Click Submit.
   
5. Check your inbox for an email from service@instantchurchdirectory.com.
6. Click on the link sent to you in that email. This will bring you to a page where you can reset your password.  
   
7. Create a password.  The password must be 8 characters long and contain at least two of the following special characters: capital letters, numbers or symbols.
8. Retype the password to confirm it.  Click on the Reset Password Button. 
   
9. Now you can go back to the App and Sign In.

Reset Password on the Online Member Directory

1. Open a browser on your computer and go to members.instantchurchdirectory.com
2. Below the email and password boxes, click on Forgot Password? Enter the email address that is listed in your church directory. Click Submit.
3. Check your inbox for an email from service@instantchurchdirectory.com.
4. Click on the link sent to you in that email. This will bring you to a page where you can reset your password. 
   
5. Create a password.  The password must be 8 characters long and contain at least two of the following special characters: capital letters, numbers or symbols.
6. Retype the password to confirm it.  Click on the Reset Password Button. 
7. Now you can go back to members.instantchurchdirectory.com and Sign In.
