Church Member Privacy Policy

We at Instant Church Directory do not access members' data, except for specific troubleshooting purposes within the directory when triggered by an App Report a Problem or by a specific request from the Church Administrator. 

While we store the data, we do not access it, nor do we use it for marketing purposes (either internally or by selling the information to other organizations). All data provided by members is held securely and is NOT shared outside of the directory.

We may provide your personal information to third-party service providers who work on behalf of or with us to provide some services and features of Instant Church Directory. Examples of such services including receiving emails or app report a problem issues. We require our third-party service providers to promise not to use such information except as necessary to provide the relevant services to us.

Updating your information

For security and privacy purposes, we will not and do not access or update member's information within the directory without the expressed written permission from the Church Administrator. 

Password security

All passwords are encrypted in our site.  Therefore, we are unable to read or share your passwords with you or anyone else as they are encrypted in our database.
