How to set a member's email to private.

If you do not want an email to show in the Member app or Member Website, you can check the box under the email address next to "This email address is private" on the Edit Family Member Details Page.

A member will still be able to log into any of the member apps or online directory, even if their email is hidden.

If you do not want a phone number to show in the Member apps or Member Website, you can check the box under the Phone Number next to "This phone number is private" on the Edit Family Member Details Page.

If you are paying for an additional Text Message Plan, member's will still be able to receive text messages, even if their phone number is hidden.

How to set a member's address to private.

If you want to include photos and names of members, but not display addresses you can check the box under ZIP next to "Address is Private" on the Edit Family Page.  If you want to keep the address for administrative purposes, it can be added under the notes section, viewable only by the administrator.

You can move Family phone numbers or email addresses to the notes section so they are private if needed.  However, if their email or phone number is in the Notes section of the directory they will not be able to log into the mobile apps or online directory, you will want to add that to the individual's family member details and mark them "Private".

How to set a Group to private.

If you do not want a group to show in the Member apps or the Online Member Website, you edit the group and check the box next to "This group is private." You will see a lock icon next to the group in the list to know it is set to Private.

Hidden Groups will not display on the Member apps, but you can still print a paper "Sub-Directory" for hidden groups.
