Access to Mobile Apps and Online Directories
In order to gain access to the mobile apps or online directory, two things need to be true:
- Your email address must be found in the church directory under an Active Member.
- Your church must have an active paid membership to Instant Church Directory and have the member app feature turned on.
If your email address is not listed in your church directory, your membership status has been turned to inactive or your church's membership is no longer active, you will not be able to login to the app.
Please reach out to your Directory Administrator for help if you think you should have access to a specific directory and do not.
