Updating your account information
You can update your Instant Church Directory membership at your convenience by simply logging into the website. We provide links to make updating your address, email, or payment information quick and easy. You can even change your password, or cancel your subscription by using the My Account link once you've logged into the website.
To update your account information, click on “My Account” after you have logged into the website.
You can manage updates to your account by accessing the Customer Services Links under Membership & Billing:
Click Change email or address to update the name on the account, the shipping or billing address, phone number, or email address.
Click Manage Payment Info to pay an invoice or update the credit card on file.
Click Change Password to update your login information.
Click Cancel My Subscription to the left to deactivate your membership.
