Instant Church Directory Broadcast News Send Text Message Service Terms of Service
Part A – For Members Receiving Text Messages From Instant Church Directory Administrators
Part B – For Admins Using Broadcast News Send Text Message Service

Part A – For Members Receiving Text Messages From Instant Church Directory Administrators
1. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS (Short Message Service) message to confirm your signup.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 61894. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, text your church's program name to 61894, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, text HELP to 61894. After you send the SMS message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions about how to use our service, as well as how to unsubscribe.
4. We can deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers:
Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile.
Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).
This list may be updated periodically without written notice.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Part B – For Admins Using Broadcast News Send Text Message Service
By Sending Text Messages using this service:
- You agree to allow our third-party text message sending provider Twilio to send and receive text messages on your behalf. Twilio will not use your members’ information for any purpose other than sending and receiving text messages. All text messages will be sent via an SMS text message shortcode 61894.
- You agree to NOT send messages that include any of the following:
- Depictions or endorsements of violence
- Adult or other inappropriate content
- Profanity or hate speech
- Endorsement of illegal or illicit drugs
- Misinformation
- Misrepresentation of you or your church
- Includes anything that may interfere with or be harmful to Instant Church Directory and its services
- Falsification of identity to mislead others
- Violate others' rights
- You agree to abide by the sending rates of your monthly plan.
- You agree to obtain member consent to send text messages to that member before selecting the “Allow Text Messages” option on a member’s phone number.
- You agree not to violate the integrity of the service, including (but not limited to):
- Attempt to bypass, exploit or disable limitations placed on the Service.
- Find security vulnerabilities to exploit the Service or attempt to bypass any security mechanism or filtering capabilities.
- Transmit code, files, scripts, agents, or programs intended to do harm.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
Part C – Governing Law and Venue
Unless unenforceable under applicable law, these terms of use will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any legal action required to enforce may be brought in Canton, Stark County, Ohio.
